Do you handle MPI and SMI glass claims?
Yes, Auto Optics is Autopac certified. We work directly with MPI and SMI to make your claim process seamless and stress-free. Chip repair claims can often be submitted and completed within half an hour. We can start the claim right in our shop. Just sit back and let us handle the work.
How long does a windshield replacement take?
Most replacements are completed within 2 to 4 hours. However, we recommend leaving the vehicle for a bit longer to ensure the urethane adhesive fully cures for your safety.
How long do I need to wait for the glue to set?
Auto Optics uses Betaseal Xpress 30 windshield urethane. Once set in place, your vehicle can be safely driven after only 30 minutes!
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship as long as you own the vehicle. This covers leaks and manufacturing defects, giving you total peace of mind.
